Non-NHS Services
Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:
- Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
- Insurance claim forms
- Passport signing
- Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
- Private sick notes
- Vaccination certificates
The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.
Online Services
Steps to use Online Services:
- Registration: Fill in the Online Services Registration Form and hand it to the surgery.
- Reception will give you a letter with a code to register online.
- Go to the Patient Services website. You need to register for the first time.
- You register online, creating your own username and password. An email will be sent with an activation code to verify you. Go to your email and activate your account.
- Next time you log in you only need to use the following information: your own created username and password, and the practice ID, which is 63052.
If you have already filled the form and received letter from practice including your token, please follow step by step as clearly mentioned in the online services user guide.
